hello to all..!!!! today is the last day for the year 2008 so i hope everyone had a wonderful year of 2008; forget about and take them as all the bad things as chnallange of life…..and keep those wonderful moments in our memories… god bless all and have a better and younger new year….hehehe…

Christmas..!!!!

 

hello to all..!!!wish you guys  merry christmas and a happy new year..belated…hehehe….

nothing special is done except setting-up my 3ft christmas tree.. small but meaningful..haha..!! i bought it with my own money..!!

before i bought this tree, we use to had a 6ft christmas tree…. but its now recycled i guess… my mother had to throw it away because it was loosing its “leaves”..in another word…botak..!!

although this little tree doesn’t have much ornaments, it still seemed to brighten up a corner in my house..!! no light because i screwed it up during installation… hahaha..!!

 

for christmas, my family and our in-laws had dinner in flower drum banquet… too bad there wasn’t any presents exchanging but the food we had worth it all..!!! before we all started our dinner, we took ourselves a portrait…thanks to our ‘butler'-of-the-day’…

 

first dish—4 happiness..!! always the best appetizer..

second dish—steamed fish with special soy sauce

third dish—roasted piglet!! this one is good..!!!!!!!

  fourth dish—fried oatmeal prawn

fifth dish—vegetarian platter with variety of mushrooms

sixth dish—fried rice( no image shown coz no one wanna eat it… tapau edi..)

seventh dish—fried sweet dessert(no image shown)

eighth dish—fungus and longan with herbs.. don’t you think the black and white thinggy looked like frog’s eggs…yer… but nice..!!

in the end, everyone had a wonderful christmas dinner and had a very good ‘lecture’ about wine by our ‘butler’.. 

 

he taught us how to choose, store, prepare and drink wine… sounds boring but believe me, it’s interesting and its very kind of him to share his experiences with us.. For this christmas, i’ve not only filled in my stomach with great food but also some wine info..

 

oops..!!! i;ve forgotten the sharfin..!!! hahahaah..!!! sorry… i dont really like it so i somehow didnt take the picture..hehehe…

anyway, happy new year to all and i will be back..!!!!!!!!!!!

no electricity.........

today, 23 december2008... no availability of electric supply from 8a.m. to 6 p.m. .........

i was so hot..!! hahaha..!! no fan, no tv, no cold drinks... most importantly my air pump for my aquarium became useless without electric..!! that means no air for my fishes..!!! luckily i bought a portable air pump....

it's huge and noisy..!!!!!!!!!!! look how i connect those air tubes to 2 aquariums....look how yellow the water is without the blue light.....yer....like pee.......hahahaeven my fish got shocked..!!!

every minute was like.... undescrible..!! i use to have my morning coffee with tv ad fan but this morning.....aahhh.....!!!! i almost got crazy until 6 pm....

wedding dinner!! 12-12-08

i have to skip the bridal reception part because i dont have suitable images to be shared.. that is because the camera i used, drained out...hehehe.....

anyway.....

on the wedding dinner......before enything starts...it looked like this.....

and the food i ate....... i didnt take much images because some of the dishes doesnt look good to be photographed... for your information.. i was served and so i dont know how the whole dish look like exactly... but they tasted good.. :)

there were also roasted piglet, vegetarian plate, fired prawn, some weird rice and desserts..!!

it was a busy,tiring and fun day..!! the dinner started at around 8 and ended at 10 something..

but we all wnet back at 11 something for the banquet's billing, to tidy up all the stuff and... alot more... i was sooo tired until i dont know wat i did on that night....

as i mentioned in the previous post, there were more than 1700 images just on that day, not including photographs by the photographers... i just pick-up some so hope its ok for you guys to enjoy..

alright...thats all about my bro's wedding...

there will be more to come on other stuff i'll meet in the future so stay-up...

wedding day..!!!

i decided to shorten this part abit because there is too much about it and i am too lazy for this.. sorry people... there are like more than 1700 pictures taken just for that day..!! and more to cme from the photography team....
12-12-2008...morning....

the car was ready for the big day..parked outside for the 'leaving ceremony'...

all the 'hengdai' came early to prepare everything need to be prepared..that man on the right is the videographer..he came earlier ..then the 'tai kamche' came...the moment she came in, the wedding feel just like rose kawkaw... she has that great voice... she was good..!! i don't know how to describe about her....

the whole thing starting at i don't know what time...suddenly... my parents had to put on the blazer for my brother and then 'taikhamche' said some prosperous stuff..i dunno how to type it out here...

on the way to crystal crown hotel to meet the bride... the traffic was quite ok.. just a little jammed but we are not late i guess.. i was just enjoying sitting in the car.. resting actually because i only slept like less than 4 hours after the buffet dinner....and we are there.....those people infront of the car was the photographers and videographer...preparing....this is the door boy from the bride's family... as usual...some good words from the 'taikhamche' before, during and after the boy open the door...

the 'hengdai's were to be played by the 'chimui'.................. cruelly........ not actually...hahaha.!!

what's in the munu....

--the hengdai had to eat marshmallow with kaya and coffee powder

--beer with 2 raw eggs in it...

--assorted flovoured drinks..i dunno wat are those but i think they tasted funny....

the hengdai also had to wear disposable undies..ladies of course...

of course none of these panties can fit.....i didnt put any pictures of them being played because i think its quite embarassing for them...just to be save... but the images were funny..!!

i got to sneak into the bride's room during the play...and took some picture of my beautiful sister-in-law...

for this picture.... supposingly....only me and the bride... my nosy cousin suddenly came over and spoil the fun..ergh... anyway...

the taikamche came in and had the similar ceremony she did to my brother earlier this time she dont wear any blazer of course... just her hood thing...... so sweet....:)

justy after that moment, the camera's battery died..!!!!shit..!!! and so............. stay tune for the next part where i'm the door boy.. :) stay tune people..

wedding buffet..... part 2

welcome to part 2..hahahaha..!!

wat do we have here....

ais-kacang..!!! erm.......i only ate like 3 table-spoon...

i didnt know why and how... last time, i use to eat like 2 bowls of ais-kacang in other people's buffet...... weird...i dont feel like eating it also that nite...

toong-hun and fried rice.... as usual, unfinished in every occasion especially when there are something else like this one under....... prawn..!!! fresh..!!!

this one is even better than than that ais-kacang... i didnt eat any....... i just smell it then i forgotten all about having prawn in the menu...

look nice...smell sooooooo good and yet, didnt enter my mouth at all..!!

this one will be hakka people's traditional food... its called 'swan-pan-zhi'

i didnt eat this as well.....hahahaha...!!!!!!!

there are also fruits as usual.....and i ate this..!!! hahahahaha...!!!!!!!!

in front of this white bloused-girl, its tako..i ate this; it's delicious..!! i ate quite alot of it :)

beside the tako will be fried fillet....this was good as well...

there were kam-heong mussels, fried sotong and beef rendang too..!!! i ate all of them..!!

and there is one more thing which is always in the buffet dinner's menu...fried chicken... i didnt even touch it...... but i think its good coz in the end of the buffet.... only that fried rice and toong-hun and also 'fish-and-chicken balls' left for people to tapau...........

wah.... the whole house was full of humans inside-out..!!! my fish food some-how finishing..!!

looks like my fish got their treats as well..!! haha..!!

its a wedding buffet so how can i forget the lead casts... mt brother and my sister-in-law..!!

not his son... it's my cousin's son... he is easily hugged by anyone.. :p

that night was fun but unfortunately, i didnt take my family's portrait..haiz... how can i forget that.... anyway...

there are more to come for the wedding day, more pictures to upload which means you guys have to stay tune here..
